Only trash is included in the base rent. Utilities (gas, water, electricity, and wi-fi) are paid separately and apportioned by headcount. Off-street parking is available for an extra fee. Utilities typically cost between $40 and $100 a month per person depending on energy usage pattern. A discount of $30 is applied if rent is paid in cash. The property is located 0.6 miles from Bay Fair Bart Station (a 12-minute walk).
